International Trip Coordinator

Reports to: Manager – International Trip Coordination

Job Location: Calgary, AB

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordination of:
• Ground Handling
• International Overflight and Landing Permissions
• Airport Prior Permissions (PPR’s)
• Airport Arrival and/or Departure Slots
• International Security Waivers (US TSA Waiver, Australia TSP, etc)
• Special Flight Authorizations
• Hotel Reservations
• Catering
• Ground Transportation
• Contract Aviation Fuel
• Customs, Immigrations and/or Quarantine assistance

Other duties as assigned and/or departmental specific

Position Requirements:

• Canadian citizen or landed immigrant
• Ability to work rotational shift work (shifts are 12 hours in length, 4 on / 6 off)
• Demonstrated excellence in communications skills including the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated working knowledge of general computer and software applications
• Demonstrated excellence in prioritization and organizational skills
• Fluent speaking and/or writing ability in a second language an asset
